[tex-live] Again me, this time LY1 encoding

tex/latex/ly1/ly1enc.def has:
  \DeclareErrorFont{LY1}{ptm}{m}{n}{10}
  \DeclareFontSubstitution{LY1}{ptm}{m}{n}

That's why ly1ptm is loaded. That file, however, looks very outdated to me.
teTeX's version loads ptmr8y, not tir ...

TeX Live (tex/latex/ly1/ly1ptm.fd from ancient times):
  \ProvidesFile{ly1ptm.fd}
     [1997/01/26  LY1/ptm with Adobe file names. (DPC)]

teTeX (tex/latex/psnfssx/ly1ptm.fd from
CTAN:macros/latex/contrib/supported/psnfssx/ly1/ly1-min.zip):
  \ProvidesFile{ly1ptm.fd}
     [2001/02/01 font definitions for LY1/ptm using Berry names.]
