[tex-live] Bug in xemacs.tpm?

Sorry, my fault. Unfortunately I'm stuck with other tasks for the moment
and I can't easily fix it. I think you  can safely download the file, un
pack it to either "c:\Program Files" or "c:\Local" and set a shortcut on
your desktop to "XEmacs\XEmacs-21.5\i586-pc-win32\xemacs.exe"
