[tex-live] musixlyr for TeX-live

Hi Sebastian!

Would it be possible to include musixlyr into texlive. It is GPL and
available from
http://icking-music-archive.sunsite.dk/software/indexmt6.html or more
detailed from
http://icking-music-archive.sunsite.dk/software/musixtex/add-ons/musixlyr20c.tgz

In fact it is only one file musixlyr.tex and a bit of documentation:
COPYING  mxlyrdoc.dvi  mxlyrdoc.tex  README
