[tex-live] htlatex for i386-linux, address

I am missing "htlatex" in "bin/i386-linux". Other directories

I removed the htlatex binary (and others) from the tpm file a couple
weeks ago (and sent mail to the list), because in fact the binary is not
getting created by a build any more. (Personally, losing this
executable names seems like a fairly severe backward incompatibility to
me that will cause untold annoyance...) The architectures you list as
having it must not have had clean rebuilds yet.

I also removed {ini, vir}[e]{blah, blah} because they weren't getting
created either, and Sebastian said he had intentionally dumped them.

I hope I didn't screw anything up. I just removed the files from the
tpm's that the build process was complaining didn't exist.

    2. Correct address?

tex-live at tug.org is the "best" address, but texlive at tug.org will work too.
rahtz at tug.org -- well, I was changing things to use the list address to
(in a small way) lessen the burden on Sebastian. As Staszek said, the
non-English documentation has not been updated yet.
