[tex-live] 2002/06/04 formats need regeneration

Better one small bite than thousands of big bites after the
burning ;-)

I think the big advantage is that the CD does not need
installation except setting of PATH and VARTEXMF
(at least tried with Linux or Win98, with Win 95 the
the auto-location feature does not work).
