[tex-live] TeXLive 7 + mathpazo problem

Hi, whenever I use the package mathpazo I get these warnings from LaTeX,
this did not happen in TeXLive 6...
Any help resolving the problem would be be greatly apperciated.

Below I have pasted the messages I get when running (PDF/)LaTex. Line 51
is \maketitle
