[tex-live] DLL error for Win2k install?

Do you have other tex.dll on your system ? From a different texlive
version or from something else ?

If you ran the installer, then it should have created a file called
setup-*.log in "c:\Program files\texlive\texmf-var\web2c". Send me
this file please, and I can help a little bit more.
