[tex-live] releases and deadlines

Something that would be pleasant and that could be quick enough :
devising schemes for windows installation. For those who have not yet
checked that, look into Master/texmf/tpm/schemes.

We  used  to have basic/recommended/full   setup. It was  not flexible
enough. Now we have collections and packages,  but some people find it
too complex. So any of you who have an idea  of should be in some kind
of setup (LUG specific, ConTeXt, etc.), please devise a scheme.tpm file
and add it to the list.
