there is a listing for vms on the ams web page
http://www.ams.org/tex/public-domain-tex.html
the listings there are old, but still supported, to the best of my
knowledge.
can't really help with the others.

I am afraid we do not have a TeXLive setup for any of these
operating systems. To be honest, I would not know where
to start! the old emTeX used to run on OS/2 and DOS, and is
presumably still around in the archives. For True64 Unix, I am not
sure what that is, but if you have a recent Gnu C compiler, you
can build it yourself easily. For VMS, I am not aware of anyone
maintaining a VMS TeX.
If you ask on a TeX newsgroup, you may find help. I am afraid
my view is that these operating systems are obsolete......:-}
Cany anyone else be more positive?
