[tex-live] non-portable mans

Hi,

the files lacheck.1, fixmacps.1, includeres.1 which are installed,
contain random and meaningless strings which correspond to the source
directory of the system where TeX Live was built:

./man1/lacheck.1:/home/noc/vvv/src/tl7/source/bin/powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.3.0/lacheck
./man1/fixmacps.1:/home/noc/vvv/src/tl7/source/texmf/psutils/md68_0.ps, /home/noc/vvv/src/tl7/source/texmf/psutils/md71_0.ps - sanitised versions of the md
./man1/includeres.1:/home/noc/vvv/src/tl7/source/texmf/psutils - system resource directory.

i think these files (corresponding *.man) should be fixed to avoid
referring to this directory.
