[tex-live] iso image

Hi (Sebastian?),
I have been trying to download the iso image from ctan, but what I get
is a directory with two files, a README and a iso of about 600 bytes.
There is nothing else in the directory /systems/texlive (or whichever
the pointer indicates to).
I really would like to burn my cd (or the 5 of them), but I don't want
to spend now 60something $ in membership for that reason. 
Can you please indicate what's happening with the texlive directory? I
have no clue about what to do next.
