You will find on CTAN (http://ctan.tug.org) two shareware
implementations of TeX for Macintosh, both are compatible with PowerMac
and Mac OS 8.6 and later. CMacTeX

An excellent commercial implementation of TeX for Macintosh is available
from Blue Sky Research (http://www.bluesky.com).
