texlive 5a --> 5b

I posted a CD to Addison Wesley last Friday, and that release is
complete. Now the fun can start, in time for April 10th, when the Poles
want to press a CD for BachoTeX.

I'd urge all and everyone to try the current state of TL, and find
flaws, in the next week. I propose to make no changes at all for until 
next Monday, and simply accumulate error reports. 

http://sun2.dante.de/Images/texlive.iso is a CD image I just built; if 
you can drag that over and burn yourself a CD, you'll have guarenteed fun.
