Recompile CWEB manpages with Pandoc 2.6.
>From the Pandoc release page https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/releases/tag/2.6 :
Man/Ms writers: Don't escape - as \-. The \- gets rendered in HTML and PDF
as a unicode minus sign.
