[tex-k] xdvi starts up without showing option menu in right side of window

Seems the sole difference was

xdvi.expertMode:	0


in old file

and

xdvi.expertMode:	7


in new file

I don't recall having set the xdvi.expertMode, but maybe I did years ago...
