[tex-k] Reproducible builds using pdftex

Hi all,

concerning SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH_FIXUP_PRIMITIVES (previous email),
I have now tested the patch and it works as expected. Only if both
env vars are set the \today output is also rewritten.
