[tex-k] bin-xdvik-motif package

Hi Richard,

    I'm submitting to TUG a build of xdvik for motif/lesstif i386 arch

Thanks.  I'll think about including this special binary for i386-linux,
although it would be unusual (until now, the entire bin dir is created
by make inside TeX Live).

In any case, did you have to make any changes to the sources to compile
it, aside from enabling motif?  If so, please send those ...
