[tex-k] xdvi won't obey options

No, no modifier at all: just simply `+' with its very own key.  It's an italian
keyboard.

Thanks, but it does not work, with or without Shift.

All right: I type `+' and that's what I get:

KeyRelease event, serial 26, synthetic NO, window 0x2400001,
    root 0x3a, subw 0x0, time 1344071, (160,666), root:(168,756),
    state 0x0, keycode 35 (keysym 0x2b, plus), same_screen YES,
    XLookupString gives 1 bytes:  "+"
