[tex-k] questions on typeset with Lambda

To whom it may concern,

We the licensed users of Scientific WORD 55 at UCD. We are trying to typeset some documents in Chinese. To do so, we followed the instructions in HELP. However, at Step 2 of "creating font metrics files", i.e., creating .ovf and .ohm files, we were only able to create 0 bytes files of .ovf and .ohm. ovp2ovf.exe only gave the comment of "line 3922 (internal): compute_ofm_charater_info". 

Then we were not confident to continue the remaining process, since we suppose two 0 byte files can not do anything.

Is there any suggestions on it?
