[tex-k] header special extension proposal

Just a couple tidbits to follow up Hendri's note ...

Admitted, file names starting with `{' are possible in most OS's,
but we don't expect anyone to actually do that, so this new scheme
should be no problem for existing software or documents.

Further evidence for this is that the current code in dvips makes some
attempts at removing "outer" parentheses from header file names, and I
don't recall anyone ever running into this. And surely parens are more
likely than braces in filenames -- still very unlikely, apparently :).

We are looking forward to your ideas about the proposed extension above,
especially with respect to other dvi drivers than dvips.

And if anyone feels like hacking this in dvips (assuming Tom agrees with
the basic idea), please let us know :).

Best,
Karl
