[tex-k] trailing blanks in PDFs

No. The spaces are intended and necessary.
First space is reserved by the spaces for the value of
/Length. Then the stream is constructed and written.
Then the length of the stream is known and the length
is written over the reserved spaces.

Oder versions of pdfTeX had used an indirect object
for the value of /Length. Then the stream was constructed
and written and then the object with the known length.
