[tex-k] Source specials under web2c 7.5.2

Compiling this document with source specials enabled gives a formatting 
error.

With source specials %<*driver> is just typeset verbatim. %</driver> is 
typeset correctly.

I'm running WinXP prof. with a TeXLive8 install from 2003/09/05.
