[tex-k] Encoding clashes with dvips(k) 5.90a

Darn, I can't test this without LucidaBright, and I don't have
LucidaBright.  Does the same thing happen with, for instance,
Times-Roman?

I *believe* this is fixed in a more recent dvips but I would
really really like to verify it.

I'm almost tempted to ask if I can "borrow" LucidaBright from
you for a day or two.

[Or I'll dig out my old Adobe Type Manager font collection and
see if it's on there.]
