[tex-k] Bug in dvips 5.86

I am reporting a bug with partial download of Type 1 fonts, as
requested in config.ps.  I installed an Adobe Type 1 font (Optima)
using the Perl-based fontinst tools from CTAN.  As shown below, dvips
works only with -j0.

    wu2 57% dvips test

I am running the dvips version that was compiled by Silicon Graphics
in their teTeX package, in an anticipated release for May 2002.
