[tex-k] LaTeX Web2C 7.3.3

Dear Sir or Madam,

I downloaded LaTeX but I can't run it. I typed in: "latex epsf.tex" and got
an error message:

This is TeX, Version 3.14159 (Web2C 7.3.3)
I can't find the format file `latex.fmt'!

Where can I get that file?
