Yes, this version is up to date.
But notice that I have also created a dedicated TeX version of the 
patterns: 
https://github.com/gregorio-project/hyphen-la/blob/master/patterns/tex/hyph-la-x-classic.tex
Please check if the comments I gave in there can be taken into account.
