[tex-hyphen] Error in hypenation of Russsian accented «ы»

[иером. Пантелеимон (Королев)]

ы1 is the only pattern of this kind, no other vowel has this pattern.

I edited hyph-ru.tex and rebuilt format files with

sudo tlmgr generate language.dat
sudo fmtutil-sys --all

But this did not give any effect :-(
