The page at http://www.tug.org/tex-hyphen/#links contains a broken link
to Perl implementation of TeX hyphenation.

I would suggest changing the link 
http://cpan.uwinnipeg.ca/dist/TeX-Hyphen-Pattern
to
https://metacpan.org/pod/TeX::Hyphen::Pattern.

The old CPAN web interface closed, so this is the same code just
rendered from another service.
