First of all, I forgot about this. Second, it might be nice to import
some history, but well ...

Do you mean the TeX Live 2014 snapshots?

The most likely explanation is that I forgot to submit a new version
to CTAN, so that the sources would automatically proliferate to
http://tug.org/svn/texlive/trunk/Master/texmf-dist/tex/generic/hyph-utf8/patterns/tex/.

Yes, my upload to CTAN ;) I'm sorry.

I will double-check if there are any other trivial changes that I need
to make and then submit a new package to CTAN.
