[tex-hyphen] should bahasa be a synonym for Indonesian?

  Thanks for the historical precisions, Jörg, that's what I suspected.
As far as hyphenation patterns are concerned, we still have only one set
(labelled as Indonesian, for better or for worse), but there are now
language definition files for both languages.
