[tex-hyphen] Positioning of \hyphenation{...} after \begin{document}

really needs to be documented explicitly in polyglossia.tex or fontspec.tex.
It isn't obvious.

Also, it isn't nice, really.  Various language \hyphenation{}s belongs in
the preamble, ideally.
