[tex-hyphen] Afrikaans hyphenation patterns

    We would like to ask for some testing before it gets included, 

Wouldn't it be easier, not to say better, to test before releasing?

    in particular we have not tested the LuaTeX part 

Well, you know how to test luatex better than I do.

Obviously the formats rebuild, since the patterns aren't in the formats.
As for whether the af patterns actually work with lualatex or context or
whatever, well, I don't have a test document at hand, so I guess it'll
be up to the user population to discover.

    and if any values of memory limitations might need to be changed. 

I could rebuild pdflatex.fmt with af included, so fortunately not, it
seems.
