[tex-hyphen] Sanskrit hyphenation exceptions (romanised text)

current -> preferred

sa-mbhāṣā -> saṃ-bhāṣā

āra-mbha  -> āram-bha

va-rṇa -> var-ṇa

And a query: adding words to \hyphenation{}, like
\hyphenation{sam-bhāṣā āram-bha} etc., doesn't seem to take effect.

I'm using Linux, TeXlive2010 up to date, polyglossia, fontspec,
and

\setotherlanguage{sanskrit}
\newfontfamily\sanskritfont{Gentium}
\newcommand{\sansk}[1]{\emph{\textsanskrit{#1}}} % to mark Skt words.

Thanks,
Dominik
