[tex-hyphen] another serbian hyphenation package

zoran filipovic has submitted another package containing serbian
hyphenation exeptions, to ctan.  since some of you reacted to my mention
of the last such package...

i've not actually counted how many exceptions there are in this new
file, but he claims several thousand.

the package is available to view on
  http://www.tex.ac.uk/macros/latex/contrib/he-le-na/
(it's there for sure: it's only just been moved there, so i can't
suggest mirror addresses).

the package is shareware.  (!)
