[tex-hyphen] new languages

    What's the policy of adding new languages to tlpsrc?

The policy is: if hyph-utf8 includes them, TL will include them.

Personally, as long as the pattern authors didn't explicitly dislike the
idea, I see no harm in including more patterns, regardless of testing
and polyglossia.  It is the fact of including them that will make them
more likely to be tested.
