Another change in the format of language.dat.lua: I replace 'code' with two keys
'hyphenation' and 'patterns' giving directly the names of the files containing
hyphenation exceptions and patterns. That way, two different languages could
share a common file for exceptions or patterns easily.

If you disagree, I don't mind reverting this commit (r363).
