[tex-hyphen] Incorrect capitalisation of greek letters under polyglossia

http://www.tug.org/mailman/listinfo/xetex (or to François Charette,
the author of Polyglossia).

TeX hyphenation patterns don't have much to do with the issue you just
described and you'll find more XeLaTeX experts on that list.
