[tex-hyphen] assamese

Hi,

While running some tests, I noticed that "assamese" is mentioned two times as a
language name in TL's language.dat, as well as texhyphen's version of this file.

I guess the second entry (assamese loadhyph-kn.tex) is wrong.

(I was kinda happy to discover that after believing it was a bug in my code and
being clueless about it for a few minutes.)
