[tex-hyphen] tex patterns as lua files

Mojca, you asked me some times ago about a modification of the
loadhyph-xx.tex files to take into account the modifications for
LuaTeX. Here is an example for french (not really tested I must
admit), is this the kind of things you want? Should we provide a
fallback mechanism, like for example a macro
\UseOldHyphMechanismForLuaTeX that, if defined, will make
loadhyph-fr.tex simply load hyph-fr.tex instead of using the new
mechanism?
