Mojca and Karl, thank you for that
lesson on how Tex Live works.  I'm
currently using MiKTeX, that doesn't
have the concept of collections.  After
all this practising tlmgr I feel quite
prepared for the switch (to TeX
Live 2009).  Thanks again!
