[tex-hyphen] UTF-8 hyphenation patterns for Spanish updated

	Hello, Javier and all,

  Another question we had concerning the new Spanish patterns was
whether the actual patterns had changed or not; as Mojca and I realized,
it seem that they haven't.  Can you please confirm that?  It's important
for us since it means that we don't need to update the hyph-utf8
package.
