[tex-hyphen] web interface for SVN

Hello Karl,

would it be possible to create a web interface for the repository of
patterns, so that people will be able to browse through the files
without having to checkout everything?

Moreover - what exactly is needed for TeX Live packaging? Several dat
files to be concatenated together into a single language.dat?
