[tex-hyphen] hyph-utf8 installed

As some of you know, I am the author of the Galician pattenrs, and I happen
to be subscribed to this list, but I have been some days without connecting
to the internet.

I had checked the files put by Mojca at
source/generic/hyph-utf8/languages/gl and they are right.

There is no more doc than the comments in the generating file. The
documentation about how mo write the patterns is completely separated, with
the package mkpattern, the generating program.
