    I hope that I have put everything to
    source/generic/hyph-utf8/languages/gl (If I didn't miss something.)

Manuel: in other words, do not update galician in TL, indeed remove the
doc files if they aren't already, and we will wait for the hyph-utf8
update to regain them.  There's no reason to spend time updating from
texhyphen svn.
