[tex-eplain] eplain 3.7 available

Friends,

I have released Eplain version 3.7.  It will be available from CTAN via
http://ctan.org/pkg/eplain and directly from http://tug.org/eplain.

This minor release adds \raggedleft, analogous to plain's \raggedright,
and documents a possible definition of \fbox a la LaTeX.  (In truth, I
mostly just wanted to remake the documentation due to updates in
Texinfo.  :)

Please report problems or suggestions here as usual ...
