[tex-eplain] europecv with eplain?

Hi Rodolfo,

    eplain complained the package was `not found'.

That's because europecv is a .cls, not a .sty.  As far as I can see,
miniltx.tex (David Carlisle's file that provides the real support for
LaTeX stuff in plain) only supports .sty.  \ProvidesClass is not
defined, \PassOptionsToClass is not defined, etc.

I don't know if any cv packages are available as .sty, or how to adapt
them for (e)plain.  Sorry.  Good luck.
