[tex-eplain] Eplain -> html - howto

http://evalwhen.com/tex2page  --  some recognition of macros specific to eplain is built in.

You'll need a Common Lisp to run it (Scheme requires some minor configuration if you're up to it).  SBCL, Clozure CL, ECL, CLISP are all satisfactory, easy-to-install free Common Lisp implementations for running TeX2page.
