[tex-eplain] Finding a leaf in an hyperlink forest.

I want to insert my email address in a pdftex document 
intended for online viewing in e.g., Adobe Reader. Ideally 
it would be colored blue.  The manual goes on for pages and 
pages on the subject of hyperlinks but there are no 
examples of a mailto type hyperlink.   Can someone help?  
Can I just use the \url command and substitute mailto for 
http?
