[tex-eplain] Indexing causes erors.

In my last pass through my current project I added a bunch of indexing
tags. Unfortunately they had the effect of eliminating a space after
the word indexed. I didn't catch it before my galleys went to print.

Here is an example:
Al Qaeda\sidx{Al Qaeda} type
came out
Al Quedatype

Now in that instance I could have used \idx instead of \sidx. But it
should have worked OK anyhow. I used

/usr/local/texlive/2007/texmf-dist/tex/eplain/eplain.tex
