[tex-eplain] new supp-mis.tex and supp-pdf.tex

Hans has posted new experimental versions of supp-mis.tex and
supp-pdf.tex, for reading MetaPost output, etc., from TeX.  Testing
would be more than welcome.  They're in the TeX Live development
